We found ourselves looking for a place to camp on Saturday of the August long weekend, and we were lucky to stumble upon this small town campground. It was quiet and clean and had a great playground. There were both serviced and unserviced sites, washrooms, potable water, and a sani-dump. The washrooms were rudimentary but fine. The sites were not completely private but there are trees between them. I doubt the campground is full most of the time. The caretaker was friendly and helpful.The community has a grocery store, a cafe, a tea shop, a gas station (never saw it though), and a great town museum. It's about half an hour from Drumheller and very affordable! Neighborhood watch seemed to be on the ball and we felt safe and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend it. Clean, cute campground, we ended up not staying here, just drove in to check it out. Self register, they wanted $25 for a service site (power and water) and $15 for non service. Sani Dump and Potable water available on site.
